Where do you ship your products?

We can send your order almost anywhere in the world. If you're in a remote location and you aren't sure, please contact us and we will find out if we can get Eucali products to you. We will always do our best to sort something out for you.

Are your products shipped together or separately?

Eucali t-shirts, tote bags, tea towels and mugs are available via dropshipping, so they are printed and shipped from our printers in Fern Gully, Melbourne, Victoria. It can take between 4-7 business days for these orders to be processed.

Eucali art prints and greeting cards are printed separately to other products. Our greeting cards are also hand-stamped on the back, and then both the cards and prints are packaged in recycled cardboard and bio-degradable cellophane. Art prints and greeting cards are shipped from Brisbane and the shipping for these products is free.

All paintings are shipped from Brisbane, and the cost for shipping these are calculated separately from other Eucali products.

If you order products that are coming from different places, they will be shipped separately.

 

Where do you massage clients?

Morgan Sutherland, Eucali artist and remedial massage therapist, has two remedial massage locations:

• Thursdays, Saturdays, and alternate Wednesdays at West End Osteopathic Clinic, 12 Norfolk Road, South Brisbane.
• Tuesdays and alternate Wednesdays at Healthwise, inside the Flight Centre HQ in 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane.

What's your stance on sustainability?

It's pretty bloody important. My art prints and greeting cards are printed with eco-friendly inks on 100% recycled papers and card. Fabric (including t-shirts, which are AS Colour) and enamel products are sourced and printed by OGO in Melbourne, Victoria, and are available through drop-shipping, reducing waste. It is important that everything is done as locally and without waste as possible.
